JLK Technical Sales is a Manufacturers Representative organization marketing electronic and
   electromechanical components.

   We began operations in 1988 and through a continuing process of partnering with customers
   and vendors we have continued to experience a steady growth in our sales volume and market
   penetration.

   Primary market territory is generally, but not limited to Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota,
   and Western Wisconsin.

   Primary markets covered are consumer and industrial OEM manufacturers with heavy emphasis
   in the medical, agricultural, alarm, and security markets.

   Our modern office is located in Apple Valley, Minnesota. We utilize electronic data processing,
   facsimile, e-mail, Internet, and wireless communications to remain accessible to customers,
   and vendors.
